Manga Me Adventure- Chapter 23: One Piece

This thing is massive, no wonder they're called Sea Kings. It's snake like body easily towers the Sunny way beyond it's masts.
Great we've gotta fight that thing?
I stand in awe of it while Ussop and Chopper run and cower. Nami looks at it with pure terror not able to move from the sight of it. The rest, however, brace to fight.

"We must have entered it's territory." Robin informs
"Your cooking must have attracted it." Zoro says to Sanji
"Don't blame my cooking!" snaps Sanji
"Gomu gomu no pistol."

Luffy's fist flies in between Zoro and Sanji's faces and hits the Sea King.
That shut those two up.
The Sea King is infuriated and whips it's body under the Sunny. I rush towards the edge and lean over to have a look.

"Wow, most of this thing is still under water." I clarify, thinking out loud
"You're not supposed to admire it!" barks Zoro
"Don't shout at Lupi~chan." shouts Sanji kicking him in the face
"This is no time for that guys." Nami snaps out of it "We've got to protect the treasure."
And there's her motive.
"Besides, now we know that it can probably attack us from both sides." adds Robin
"Lupi~chwan is so smart." says Sanji his attention drawn from Zoro
Actually Zoro was right, I was just admiring it.

SLAM! The Sea King grabs the hull of the ship, causing the Sunny to shake and us to tumble.
There's no way we can escape now.

"It's got us, it's got us." cries Ussop
"If it took that long it must be very big." says Robin
"We're going to die!" Ussop cries even more
ugh, Get a hold of yourself dude.
"Do you think it's hungry?" asks Brook staring into the beast's gaping jaws
"You think?!" snap Zoro and Sanji attacking the beast

The Sea King brings it's head back, readying to lunge again. Franky starts shooting at it while Luffy continually punches it with gatling gun. The Sea King drops back into the water for protection and lets go of the ship. I look back over the ship edge and it's gone.
That's weird.

"Well that was easy." laughs Brook
"hmph, Too easy." adds Zoro

A huge shadow appears in the water, getting bigger and bigger rushing towards us.

"Here it comes!" I warn everyone

The Sea King charges into the Sunny and almost capsizes it. We all grab onto something as Ussop dives behind some barrels for cover. The ship violently rocks back as the waves caused by the attack hit Luffy, weakening him, causing him to fall into the sea.

"LUFFY!" we all shout

Sanji dives in for him as the Sea King slams it's tail down onto the deck, just missing him.

"He'll be fine." assures Zoro "We've got to get rid of this Sea King." drawing his swords

He charges at the beast and slashes at it, to no avail.

"Damn, these scales are hard." he scowls as he lands back onto the deck
"Let's try this." suggests Franky opening his shoulders "Franky.... OOF!"

The Sea King whacks him with his tail, knocking him off of his feet. Then it tries to bite Zoro only to get one of his swords jabbed into it's mouth. The Sea King backs off with a screech as Sanji finally pulls Luffy back onto the ship. Chopper rushes to his aid and Nami goes to help him. The Sea King tries to hit them with it's tail but Brook slices it with his sword. The Sea King screeches again with a deafening roar, we all flinch covering our ears. Then it lunges at me, bearing it's fangs and mighty jaws, Robin pulls me out of the way just in time using her ability.
phew, That was close.
The Sea King takes a chunk out of the deck and dives back into the sea.

"Thanks Robin." I say as I get up off of the floor
"That's why you shouldn't just stand there." barks Zoro
"Sorry but what can I do against that thing!?" I bark back "Besides I thought I saw something that could help  us."
"What did you see Lupi-san?" asks Brook
"The Sea King is riddled with scars, some that look like they're from cannon fire." I answer
"And it's still alive!?" shouts Ussop in disbelief from behind cover
"Yeah, it seems that it can withstand big hits and if Zoro keeps slashing at it, he could break his swords." I continue on
"hmph As if." says Zoro in dismissal

The Sea King bursts out of the sea, at the other side of the Sunny, and lunges at Luffy and Chopper.

"I don't think so!" says Sanji kicking it's jaw shut
"Aim for it's scars." Robin informs everyone

Everyone does just that and finally, the Sea King is beaten and leaves.
Hopefully to never return.

"phew, That scared me to death." says Brook "Oh wait I already am." he laughs
"What a relief." aspirates Nami
"What a pain." adds Zoro
"Yes! We did it!" cheers Ussop
"You didn't do anything!" snaps Nami, Zoro and Sanji
"I'd better start repairing the ship." sighs Franky
"awwww The Sea King's gone." says a disappointed Luffy
"Luffy!" Nami, Brook and Ussop cheer "You're ok."
"That's our captain." chuckles Robin

Me, Zoro and Sanji smile as the Ussop pounces on Luffy and Franky laughs.

I'm glad he's ok and all but you wouldn't catch me pouncing on him.
